Your Roadmap to your first class at SpinLab
Step 1: Set Up Your Profile
Download the free SpinLab app from your app store and create your free account. During registration, you will be prompted to complete your PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire). This ensures you are healthy and safe to participate in our high-intensity sessions.
Step 3: Reserve Your Bike
Head to the Timetable section of the app. Browse the schedule, find a session that works for you, and click on your chosen class to book. You’ll receive a confirmation, and your spot on the leaderboard will be waiting for you!
Step 2: Choose Your Access
Navigate to the "Store" or "Buy" section of the app. From here, you can select the Monthly Membership level that fits your lifestyle or choose a Class Package if you prefer more flexibility. Once purchased, your credits will be instantly available in your account.
Step 4: Arrive and Ride
On the day of your class, arrive at the studio 15 minutes early. This gives our team time to help you set up your bike, explain the Technogym Group Cycle console, and ensure you have everything you need for an incredible first ride.
